Amazing product…. Just be very patient
So I ordered a tag for my dog two/three months ago (don’t quote me on timing), it shipped, and after three weeks of waiting I reached out saying “hey my package is lost” based off of the USPS info. I was greeted by a template email saying I should make sure my address was correct. I was beyond frustrated as my email detailed the situation and it was obvious someone clicked a button after reading (and they also admitted this because they are busy). They promised to make it right and ship another. Rinse and repeat, nothing arrived and no communication on shipping so I requested a refund. Refund came and I moved on.Two weeks ago USPS finally got their act together and the product arrived. Amazing quality tag, my dog looks amazing with it and I’m so happy with my purchase, I just wish the hill to getting it wouldn’t have been so tough to climb.My suggestion, raise your price by a tiny bit, pay for insurance and/or hire someone to customize responses to your customer. You have an amazing product and I don’t want your business to suffer because of situations like mine. I regret getting frustrated over my experience because of the end product, but I’m lucky I got to see it!

This is a really adorable name tag. It seems like it is very good quality. My customizations looked 10/10. However I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea for a puppy. I thought maybe if it didn’t jingle around it wouldn’t catch his attention. WRONG. It’s just long enough for him to grab it in his mouth and chew it up. The writing has already started to flake off and become illegible. So much so, that I just took it off. I don’t want him to ingest it if he gets any chunks off of it. I was wary of the puppy chewing.. So its only ever on him when he is out of his kennel so in theory I can watch him. But even stopping him every time I catch him cronching on it, over the time we have had it, it’s just not going to last much longer.**UPDATE** Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend their products just be mindful of what type of tag you arw ordering and make sure you are picking one that best suits your dog.
