It is quiet
I know this is called a silent grind.But I wasn’t expecting it to actually be quiet.So I was very surprised when I turned it on to find out how quiet it is.It is helped with my my dog’s not being as nervous but I approached them with it.I think the grinding sound was the big problem before.So I haven’t able to grind some of my dog’s nails with this and I think it’s a good bye

Donât waste your money.
I bought this because it was advertised as quiet and will grind dogâs nails quickly- Lies. It is not either of those things and I am going to return it.

Not so scary, but not silent
My dog hates having his claws trimmed. This trimmer, along with a lot of treats and a second person, has helped us get to where we can trim his claws without having to wrestle with him. It’s not silent, but it’s quiet enough that we can easily distract him, and it works great.

Never cutting nails again
I have always trimmed my dog’s nails with clippers, and he dislikes it more than anything as far as grooming goes. I was so pleased to try this alternative, that I have been curious about for a while, but never tried. At first my dog was a little nervous about the vibration, but the sound is pretty quiet. I turned the device on and just rested it near him. After a while, I moved it near his paw, and finally moved to a claw. I didn’t go beyond that for the first time, but I was hopeful that he tolerated the nail grinding and that this grinder will be a permanent solution for nail trimming going forward.

Excellent for tiny paws and claws
There are so many things that I like about this nail grinder. The small size and light weight make it perfect to manipulate around small breed nails. It runs smoothly and is very quiet. There isn’t a light, but I don’t miss that at all. I have found the lights on other grinders to be pretty useless. I’ve been struggling to shorten my min pin’s curved dew claws and with the small head on this grinder I was able to work within the curve without abrading the pad. Highly recommend.

Awesome Pet Nail Trimmer
This product was received as part of a promotion. The product is easy to charge. It comes with a little cable. The only thing it doesnât come with is a USB adapter. So you will have to have that in order to charge it. Or, you can plug it into wherever you have a USB plug-in. This is so convenient and easy to use. It comes with a nice white cover so when itâs not being used, nothing else gets onto the rotating grinder. It is very quiet, so if you have any animals that are bothered by sounds, this will not bother them. My black kitten has had some super sharp claws and has scratched us all. Sheâs made us bleed MANY times. This will help greatly in order to keep her claws manageable, where it will not make us bleed anytime she claws us. The charge lasts awhile also. It doesnât take that long to charge. Itâs also easy to switch the nail grinder off and on. The kitten is not bothered by the slight grinding on her claws. Until she learns to not claw absolutely everything, weâll be using this occasionally to round off her super sharp claws. We also have an orange tabby cat and a dog. They seem to be unbothered by this nail grinder, and thatâs nice. Some animals are really sensitive to sounds & this isnât loud. I look forward to using this for a long time.

Easy to use, seems safer than clippers
We decided to try a grinder after a mishap with clippers caused some bleeding to our smallest pup.This grinder works well, is easier to use and much more precise than the clippers, and all around just seems a lot safer.I wouldn’t call it “quiet,” but it’s not so loud the pups freak out when it’s on.Very pleased with this product!
