I bought this nightlight for my kids to have, using it a couple times a week for just one month itâs starts making this clicking noise. I unplugged it and made sure no dust was in it, the Astronauts still makes the clicking and flashing noise.

Light and sound problem
After just 4 months of use, the lights stopped functioning properly and wonât return to normal. Additionally, the sound on every hour,.This is very frustrating and makes the product unreliable.

I ordered the Astronaut sound machine more for the stars than for the white noise aspect. I never had one of these before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The astronaut man comes with a small two page instruction book, remote control (batteries not included), and a usb cord and outlet plug.I really liked how the astronaut’s head was able to turn in whatever direction you want and the stars/galaxy lit up the entire ceiling of the room and covered a large area. It was cool to see all the bright stars and really had a calming effect. The sounds part wasn’t as impressive. I could make out a lullaby, something that might have been a storm, and a jungle with birds and a monkey. I have no idea what the other noises were supposed to be because the instruction book was only a few pages and really didn’t give much of a thorough description on all the features. You have to use the remote control (and not just the buttons on the astronaut) in order to get all the features to work. For example the color choices, light brightness, and star breathing rate are all operated only with the remote.I feel like this is a good value based on the price point, because there are a lot of different customizable features. Whether you’re looking for the night sky on your ceiling or a sound machine to help sleep, this machine definitely has you covered.

Biggest piece of poop Iâve ever purchased
These last no longer than 60 days of use. I have had two of them and now the other one has power loss randomly and it makes weird noises and scares my 7 year old, save your money and get a different one. Cheaply made and not worth the tears itâs caused

Cute and Fun
This guy is pretty large – about two of my hands tall – and he feels pretty cheap from the head down. Pretty sure he’s totally hollow, so I’m a bit afraid he’ll break easily. So far, so good, though! He comes with a USB-C charger (must be plugged into the wall to operate) and a remote control (will need 2 AAA batteries). It does come with a very small instruction booklet, but that gave me practically zero information. I had to trial-and-error everything to figure out how this dude works.Pros:- the head moves, so you can point him exactly where you like for the stars/galaxy light effects- takes up a large portion! It more than covered my bedroom ceiling- Galaxy lights and laser stars are all customizable, where you can turn them off/on and set them to move or not (and their speed)- There are 3 brightness levelsCons:- As stated before, he feels very cheap and may break easily- Difficult to figure out how to use all the settings- Could not figure out how to change the white noise, so the only two options I had were a bubbling stream noise or Bluetooth from my phone- Speaker quality is not great (I don’t plan to use the noise option)
