Get the Best Fit for More Restful Sleep: To ensure a snug fit, we recommend sizing down in our transition swaddles if your little one is in between sizes. Sleeping Baby swaddles should have slight resistance when your baby lifts their arms
Unique Starfish Design: The Zipadee-Zip transition swaddle features a distinctive starfish design that mimics the womb, ensuring your baby feels cozy and secure. Its ergonomic shape promotes better sleep by recreating the snug and comforting sensation of the womb, helping your baby feel more at ease
Easy Diaper Changes: Featuring a convenient zipper which allows for quick and easy diaper changes, our zip-up swaddle makes nighttime routines smoother and less disruptive for both you and your baby
Supports Proper Hip Development: The roomy design of our baby transition swaddle provides ample space for your baby’s legs to move freely and naturally. By allowing unrestricted leg movement, this design supports the healthy growth of your baby’s hips and ensures comfortable, safe sleep
Encourages Longer Sleep: Suppressing the Moro startle reflex, our baby sleep suit helps transition your baby into arms-up sleeping, reducing interruptions and wake-ups for a longer, more restful sleep. The gentle pressure soothes your baby and keeps them from startling awake
Customers say
Customers find the sleep sack soft and comfortable, allowing their babies to sleep in any position they prefer. They say it works well as a transitional swaddle. However, some customers feel the fabric quality is poor for the price. There are mixed opinions on the overall quality and size.

Baby getting great sleep
I bought this sleep sack for my 2 month old because she was out growing her swaddle. And so far sheâs been napping much better. Shes been napping straight through for 2-3 hours every afternoon! Shes not startling herself in her sleep compared to other sleeps sacks Iâve tried. The quality is great, itâs soft and breathable. And thereâs lots of patterns and colors to choose from, will buy more once she outgrows this one.

Perfect for my baby who hates his arms swaddled!
My baby boy hates being swaddled with his arms down, he will fight to get his arms free but his little arms and hands stayed cold with a sleep sack but with this he loves it! Helps him sleep through the night without getting cold now and the quality is great! I will be buying another because we both love it so much. Itâs not too thick of a fabric but thicker than his regular sleep sack which is great for us since we keep our room super cold. The zipper slides very easily, I just wish it was a double zipper but it works just fine.

Great lightweight swaddle transition product
We have used the Love to Dream âswaddle upâ series since my son was born as he loved to have his arms up. He most recently was in the final stage one where the arms unzipper to be out. When he started rolling front to back a few weeks ago we let him have one arm free and he did great with that. But I knew it was only a matter of time until he rolled back to front so eventually we tried a nap with both arms free. It was a no go. He was flailing his arms like crazy and grabbing the pacifier out of his mouth etc. Just not ready for it. So I ordered this to have just in case after that and it happened to come in the mail the day before he started rolling back to front!!! We tried it on him for a nap just hours after he first had rolled back to front, and he did beautifully. Bonus that he canât scratch my face or pull my hair for that early morning nursing session. And his arms donât get frigid so I find Iâm worrying about his temp less when heâs in short sleeves in the warmer months! We might only use this for a couple of months until heâs able to replace his own pacifier and we want him to have his hands free to be able to do that but until that transition happens this will be a total sanity and sleep saver! Will be buying a backup too.To those that say the zipper bulges by the mouth, in my experience it sort of does but not enough to cover the whole mouth or face or be of concern for safety. And my son is in the smallest for weight and height range for the size I got him (so thereâs a bit of extra room).Heâs also not a big mover when he sleeps so it doesnât bunch up too much. Our daughter would rotate all over the place so this product would not have worked for her (not to mention she was a thumb sucker).I have not washed this yet so canât speak to the fabric quality or it getting pilly over time but will try to line dry when I can. I canât imagine the quality will go to trash if we only use it for 2, 4 or 6 months or who knows how long. But I do wish it were softer/more stretchy like the Love to Dream swaddles. They do make a cotton version but I think itâs like $5 more on Amazon (this one is mainly polyester blend).

Love these
We bought one of these for our first daughter when transitioning out of a swaddle and loved it. Our second hates being swaddled and we eventually tried the Zipadee around 4 weeks – sheâs so much easier to get down and doesnât startle at all. These look a little goofy but are so easy to use, have made it through two babies and still look new, and work better than the 20 other swaddles/transition products we tried. I recommend them to everyone!

Really helps baby sleep, but not best quality and cons
Once our baby started to roll we knew we couldnât let her use her trusty swaddles. She had a really hard time falling and staying asleep without a swaddle though. I found this product and it is a really great solution thatâs safe for her to roll in, but helps her still feel somewhat contained. My cons are that it is pricey and the quality doesnât feel worth the price (weâve had every big brand swaddle and this is by far the most expensive while equally being lowest quality). The second con is that it doesnât zip from bottom separately, so if you need to check or change diaper you have to fully unzip. Lastly, thereâs a big range for each size. This makes it baggy if baby is in the bottom of that size range. We got the separate belly band thing which does keep the fabric bulk out of her face (we worried it would cover her face while she was sleeping), but itâs annoying to have to buy a separate piece when she is in the correct size based on weight and this product is already quite expensive.

Good product
Itâs a good product I like what it does , the font of the product and it gets the job done and good material , however I received the wrong size if I were to receive the correct size I would have gave it 5 stars I def think you should buy this product as itâs beneficial to babies starting to roll

This is expensive, but so far the best thing I found
I love these products. I have tried knock offs that are the same shape, but the fabric quality is not as good. Maybe he does love this. I think it has help with his reflex. He used to wake himself up all the time and he now sleeps all the way through the night in his crib. This one in particular it has a thicker fabric, but their other fabrics are thinner and softer. I like that thereâs already, but I wish that they provided more specificity about the variety and the fabric in the ad because it seems like youâre only picking a difference in pattern, but really youâre picking a difference and fabric.

Amazing
My baby hated sleeping in the bassinet, and hated being swaddled. This has given her full range of her arms and legs. I started sleep training her in this, and now she always sleeps 45 minutes or longer! Will definitely be ordering the bigger size when she grows out of it!

When our little one was transitioning from unable to roll to rolling over and eventually standing this came in very handy! I originally got one from a second hand shop (6-12 month size) and thought it was too big. By the time our little one was standing in the crib, this product stopped them from being able to grip the rails of the crib, so they were only able to lie down. It was a rough first night, but by the third night, no more crying due to trying to stand, just sleep. When they grew out of that, I bought 2 more of the ones pictured above (one for daycare) and a third one last week so we have a spare. Our little one knows it’s bed time and nap time at daycare when this sleep sack goes on. They are even loose enough to fit a baby bag underneath (the type with arm holes) to keep baby warm at night without having to use a blanket. Would recommend to anyone with a wiggly baby.

Great for baby transiting from swaddle and can still roll and move easily in it. The small (4-8m) size is great.. I got another one thinking the med (6-12m) size I would need soon since my 6m old still likes sleeping in it, but that size is huge; Iâm 5â1 and itâs like half my body length!.. Iâd say itâs more for like 9-12m and I may not need it so I may have to sell it.

My daughter will only sleep in these, keeps her hands protected so she doesnât scratch. Lots of room so she never feels restricted. Fabric does pill after some wear so they should look into sourcing different fabric such as bamboo or something natural for the price you pay.

My son really likes this and uses on a daily for bed time. So far the sleep sac is intact and great quality.

I only write reviews when Iâm really passionate. Our baby girl is 16 weeks and has been showing interest in rolling. Weâve been trying to transition her out of the swaddle for like two weeks and I feel like weâve tried all the suggestions. Iâm so tired all the time she sleeps horribly every night. The zipadee zip was recommended by a coworker and my expectations could not have been lower. It felt like there was too much room for movement to possibly suppress our girlâs Moro reflex but I didnât know what else to do so we got one. Her first nap in it was a little chaotic. She didnât really seem to know what to do with the freedom and I was feeling justified in my apprehension. I hated it. By nap three, as soon as she was fully zipped in it she was so calm she actually put herself down from a completely awake state. I could cry it was so beautiful. Absolutely would recommend. That was wild.
