Great product – wear and tear reasonable
Out over active beagle had this for 3 1/2 year before one of the rubber rings broke. Honestly would have lasted longer if she and her puppy friend didnât nip at each other while playing. Loved that this never got stuck on anything. And clearly itâs easy to read, she gets out all the time like a four legged Houdini, peope call us all the time.

Sturdy looking. Font is big. Even in smallest size. I put name and two phone numbers (3 lines) and all lines are easily read. Fit great on my cat and her two kittenâs collars ( yes! We adopted two kittens in March then in May went to get their Momma!) The collars are all between 3/8 and 1/2 width. Will be easy to switch tags to their assortment of matching mother/daughter collars. Highly recommend.

The tag itself is very nice quality. The idea is great. Unfortunately, the loops that hold the tag onto the collar aren’t very tough/sturdy and broke after just a month. Mind you both dogs were playing and wrestling, but both tags broke

Doesnât jangle, worth the cost.
My dog had a dangling tag that got caught on a tree twig and if I hadnât been in the yard with him, it could have been a scary or dangerous entrapment. Also, the info on the tag was worn down from friction agains his rabies tag, and the jangling of tags, although not a big deal, is gone now with this collar tag. It fits perfectly onto his collar. Info on tag isnât getting worn away like the hanging tags tend to do. Iâd absolutely buy it again if I ever have another dog or cat who needs an ID tag.

Perfect for another purpose
I bought this to slide on my husbandâs leather hand strap attached to his expensive cane (I slid it onto the strap, which wraps around the cane with Velcro, so it is very secure.) Hopefully, he will never lose his cane, but it helps to at least have some identification on it. The silicone keeps it from sliding around, and the lettering is very clear (I only used 4 lines). Would buy it again for this purpose.

Neat- but bands are not durable
I like the dog tag as it doesn’t jingle and stays put with the collar. But the bands do not survive dog play. One side broke at the loop , thus I used a zip tie to hold it in place, but then the other loop side broke. I ordered replacement bands which are a bit expensive (around $5 each) but ordered wrong size by mistake (L instead of XL). I am unable to return or exchange these bands. For now, I am using two zip ties and electrical tape to keep the tag and what’s left to the band attached to the collar.

Needs to be more strong and sturdy.
I liked that it had plenty of room to write more lines than most. The rubber to keep it attached to the collar is not very thick, it is made of all rubber except the nameplate. I would say that it is not going to last very long.
