Just the Right Size
Finally, a carrier that meets Southwest Airlines standards. Not a lot of padding on the floor of the box, but my dog is used to sleeping on the carpet, anyway, and it gives him just a little more room to move around.

Nice strong soft-sided carrier with expandable top
Many soft-sided carriers that expand do so from one or both sides. This one is different, as the top pops up and the ends pop out another few inches to allow an animal to stand and move more easily. It’s a neat feature that I haven’t seen in many other carriers.Construction is solid, with a metal frame, a strong removable base, rubberized gripper feet on the bottom, and decent zippers. There is a detachable shoulder strap, strongly sewn handles, and the entire cover is removable and washable, unlike many other cloth carriers. This is the carrier that I use for my chonky cat who is too fat to comfortably fit in a regular-sized carrier, and it holds up to her weight very well.Speaking of sizes, this carrier, when the pop-ups are zipped in, meets airline standards to bring your pet on board and stow under the seat. The expandable bits would be very useful during layovers, but you wouldn’t be able to use them during actual flights.

Bit too small for 14lb cat, but well made
This seems well made and I appreciate some of the details (the velcro on the bottom of the soft mat so that it doesn’t slip, the ability to take the cover of the mat for cleaning, and the ability to latch the pet’s collar to the inside via a small leash so they don’t run out as soon as it opens). The foldable aspect is also essential for our small home. It also opens three different ways (each side and the top) so that is nice for some added control over getting a pet in and out.I have two cats and this will be perfect for the smaller one (7lbs) but it’s a bit too small for the bigger one (14lbs, pictured). I know that the listing suggests basing off height and length instead of just weight, but I was not about to try measuring my cat. In any case I knew it would work for the small one at the very least, and that is indeed the case. I can use it for the big one in a pinch for a short drive to the vet, but he cannot stand up in it.

It’s Okay
This is okay as a carrier. It says it’s for cats, but I don’t think my cats would fit in it well. They could lay down, but it would be fairly tight. It worked well for our kitten, but he was 3 months old. I will say that, one of my biggest complaints for soft carriers is that they collapse easily, even on the cat. This does hold up pretty well. It has some expandable options that can unzip and make it slightly bigger. Overall not bad, for a soft carrier. Feels sturdy, like it would be hard to break out of it.

Very good quality
We just adopted two 4 month-old kittens from our local overwhelmed shelter. Didnât want to put them back into the box and traumatize them again to take them to their first veterinarian check up. This is fantastic! The overall quality is very impressive and warrants the $40 price tag. The mesh is thick and durable. The materials that make up the majority of this carrying case are also of high quality. There is an insert the Velcroâs to the bottom of the carrying case to add even more stability, although the sides are pretty firm and maintain the shape without it.Each end zips, which are sturdy and well functioning, open to allow for easy access. We actually opened each end and left it on the floor for the kittens to explore and walk through so they wouldnât be afraid when it comes time to use it. The top handle is sturdy and allows for easy carry, although there is an included shoulder strap if youâre so inclined. It also folds back down to a compact, convenient storage size when youâre done.This is probably the best âsoftâ carrying case that I have seen. So much better than a hard plastic case. It definitely comfortably fits two kittens and should go out with them, but I am unsure if it will hold two of them fully grown. Note the dimensions before you order.I definitely recommend this case. Everything about it screams quality and convenience.

I feel its best suited for a medium sized cat under 10lbs. There is plenty of ventilation. Cool feature is this carrier expands and turns I to what I like to call a cat play tunnel. So it works great to get you cats used to the idea of the carrier and not fear it so much. There are 3 opening all with double zipper. Great if you want to open it just a little to slip a hand in to comfort your pet. The top handle is very strong and durable and switched well.. this carrier does jave a body strap but I do not like the plastic clips and am taking 1 star because plastic clips like the ones on this carrier can snap or break and last thing you want it to drop you pet while they are helpless in the carrier. The inside of the carrier has a furry pad the is secure with strong hook and loop strips so there is no siding. Carrier folds up nice and can be easily stored with minimal space taken. Iys a 6 star product if the clips were metal.

Great carrier!
Really nice! Got this for the occasional transport of our rabbits. It’s soft-sided, but still sturdy. The expansion options only expand a little bit — not like into a playpen situation, but it may well make a difference for a pet who likes to stretch out.The materials are good quality and will last a long time. I especially liked the removable washable mat! Our rabbit thinks it’s pretty nice too 🙂
