Trash product, Does not work!
RevisionThe QR tag has already fallen off of collar!I bought 2 the 1st one i set up with no issues, super easy, stress free and fun to set up. The 2nd collar was different! I selected add another code which came back with an error so I thought maybe I typed the activation code in wrong, so I scanned the QR code which came back and error. QR code doesn’t exist! I have tried to reach out to the shop, still have not heard back so I decided to write the review.. I wouldn’t buy from this company, there are other companies that sell product likes this.

Cool idea to small for us
We just adopted a kitten who is about 4 months old I think. I ordered this just because I thought it was a cool concept even though he is microchipped. I was really excited to try it on him, but when I opened it out of the package I realized it was way too small. Even at its largest settings it’s really tight on his neck absolutely won’t work especially with him growing. Otherwise the color is true to description and it does have the reflective thread inside also is breakaway.

Check the measurements before you buy – S is really very small!
My adult cat is a very tiny so usually she fits the kitten-sized collars better than the adult collars. I got this one thinking that it’ll be the same as any of the other brands but this one is truly very small. If you have a full grown kitty, go for the larger size. Otherwise, the nylon is very thick and well-made, suitable as an outdoor collar. Stitching is very secure. Breakaway clasp is a good level of tightness but may loosen over time, though that’s normal. The reflective threads weaved through the nylon is OK, but there is a rough bit where it wasn’t finished very well on the inside, and I’ll need to smooth that out or cover it up before putting it on my cat. Don’t want it to chafe her neck…

It is difficult to open
This is definitely not a safety lock. I had difficulty opening it with my two hands. The weight of a small cat would never be enough to open it.
