Hours of busy
I had a smaller one of these and purchased too large of a treat so ended up ordering the larger version to fit the treat since I have a boxer. She LOVED this thing. Spent the entire evening working on it and rolling it around. It’s good for her teeth due to the hardness of the treat and she enjoys it the entire time. Love seeing her get excited over a distracting treat as she is getting older. Material is super sturdy and clearly will last a very long time. The treat itself was gone by the next morning but I’m sure she worked on it for a large portion of the night.

Very Durable and keeps dog busy
We have a dog who loves to chew up EVERYTHING!! She is constantly getting into things and if she can’t reach an item of interest, she will find a way to get it, even if it means jumping up on the counter or pool table. LOL. We’ve tried every puzzle toy and treat you can imagine to keep her busy and tire her out mentally, but nothing really worked that well. She would figure the puzzles out quickly and become board with them after several uses, and preferred to try and chew up the plastic instead. Treats, like bully sticks, that should last a “long time” were gone within 10 minutes. I didn’t have high hopes for this product given the history of our dog, but I WAS WRONG!!! The treat was already in the ball when it arrived, so I gave it to her like that. She licked, pawed, and chewed at this treat for hours and did not get board with it. She wore down a little of the dome shape on the treat by the end of the night, but there was still a lot left when I took it up. I gave it to her again the next evening and again it kept her busy. By the third day, the treat was worn down to a ring shape so I took the treat out of the ball and gave it to her. She ate it in about 3 minutes. After examining the ball, it is still in good shape with no damage like we found with hard plastic toys like the kong wobbler. We will definitely be ordering the refills to use with this ball. Best product we have found for busy, destructive dogs who become board easily.

Keeps my champion chewer pup busy!
My nearly 2-year-old goldendoodle is a champion chewer. He will chew up anything – shoes, gloves, a new roll of TP, pens, pencils, kids’ toys, garden implements… you name it. He’ll chew it. Giving him chew toys touted as “indestructible” simply don’t last in our house — obviously these aren’t indestructible to all pups!. Those super hard plastic dog toys supposedly “flavored” with beef, chicken, etc. are a total waste of money for us — he won’t touch them. But the Starmark Everlasting Treat Bento Ball has proven to be the best thing yet that captures his attention. It’s sort of a pain to insert the treat, but once it’s in, my dog happily enjoys gnawing at it and will spend hours with it. Also, the Bento Ball doesn’t roll straight, so he thinks it’s fun to drop it and see where it goes. If there is a downside to this toy, it’s that the refills are on the pricey side, but keeping our chewing champ busy with something safe is worth the expense. And, Starmark has you covered since it comes in a range of sizes as do the insertable flavored treats, so you’ll want to be sure to pick the appropriate size toy and treat appropriate for your pooch. Our dog is about 60 pounds and the Large Bento Ball and large sized treats work perfectly for him.

Not durable for aggressive chewers
By the end of the day my pit bull—60 pounds—had chewed all around the top to the point that it no longer held treats. Expensive toy for this to happen.

Dogs love it!
I bought the large size for my two large dogs and these are their go to dog toys. They will carry these around the house and it will keep them entertained for hours. I would recommend this!

Great for Pets, Nothing but Positives. Graduated from small size to large as heâs grown.
I donât understand why this would receive anything other than a five-star rating. My 8-month old, very energetic, inquisitive Husky is an extremely aggressive chewer, yet this thing last him for weeks (he does have other toys to occupy some of his time). The first one took him from Dec 23 to Mar 24 to completely finish. The way he does it, the full and new one bounces and rolls and he has to retrieve it. Then he gets one ridge/notch off at a time. Then he wears it down in the middle, took him a couple of hours. Then he was worn out, one hundred percent content, and needed his morning nap. But, as the picture shows, the Bento was kept near and guarded!! He slept for an hour and woke up and rested his cheek on it.Keep in mind, this was a refill, not his first Bento. Yet he was just as excited as he was with the first. Iâm sure he was pleased to see it suddenly full again. It mentally stimulates him, he absolutely LOVES it, it allows him to burn energy, it cleans his teeth, and itâs all made in the USA ðºð¸. Whatâs not to love about this?Itâs worth every penny and is no doubt one of his favorite treats.

Bought it for entertainment and learningâ¦.
I saw this on Amazon shop and I decided to buy it because my dog is aggressive chewer and on top of that it will keep him entertained while I am working from home. There are different sizes I end up getting medium size ball which I decided to buy for my pitbull I could have gotten large size but it would be more easy and simply to get out. But treat is easy to be worked out I thought that it would keep him entertained/learn how to get it out by taking time on how to do it, it only lasted about 30mins for him eat treat out, now it do have a smell for dog like bacon but to me itâs normal smell. Material is durable, sturdy and longevity is A plus but to replace new treat into ball you would have to wet treat to be able to insert into it then it is easy pop in! I normally would wait until treat is dry maybe day after to give to my dog because when treat is still wet so easy to come back out and that is not learning or entertaining to me. But ball is still standing.

Great interactive toy for dogs
My German shepherd loves these! Keeps her busy for hours. Only downside is they are hard to put the refills in, but the material is super thick and durable for the most aggressive chewers!

My dogs love these and they’re long lasting. Definitely buying more!

Once my five pound monster of a pup has chewed the chew, I use the little ball to make ‘sundaes’ for him. Thin slice of banana, 1/2 teaspoon or so of mashed blueberries, and a sprinkle of hemp hearts, and into the freezer. The sundae, not the pup 🙂

Our little dog goes mad for this toy. Of all the things we’ve bought over the years “Bento” is the one thing that she plays with all the time. It’s not about the food, she just loves chasing it. It’s a bit unpredictable because if you throw it, it’s likely to bounce in any direction, and our dog loves it for that reason. If you put the treat inside, she’ll spend hours trying to get at it. Seems to last forever as well, it’s really rugged. Brilliant!!!!

The treat popped out and was eaten within minutes. It stunk really badly. The ball it comes in seems to entertain my dog though. It’s pretty flimsy so I don’t expect it to last long . I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing, waste of money
