I like this product
My cats were a little nervous over the steam coming out but if I turn it on after I start brushing them they are ok with it. It’s easy to use and works well. I love using this on my cat that likes to roll in the dirt. It cleans him off quickly and then the design makes it easy to take off all the fur that gets collected.

It would be great if cat wasn’t scared of it…
We have multiple cats, but one in particular gets pretty badly dandruffed and dreadlocked. We try to keep his hair smoothed by brushing regularly. I was excited for the steam function, but the second we transitioned from using it off to using it on, he’s now terrified of it. So as a brush, it worked great and was easy to eject the fur from to clean. But you may need a really chill cat to use the steam function.

Decent Performance

The bright indicator light makes it a lot easier to notice the brush is on so it is not accidentally left on. At its current price of about $20 (when I ordered) it is not a great value unfortunately, but not taking price into consideration it is a decent brush.

like most of these brushes, it is a misting spray, not steam, you wouldn’t want to “Steam” a pet anyway, they are more likely to rip your eyes out if you tried that. Not sure why anyone would actually expect steam in a pet brush… that said, the title and description could definitely use some updating (and the packaging too!), to remove references to steam.As a brush though, this style is the only one that gets any loose hair out of my cats, so I own 4 of this style brush now. I like the quick release and the size fits well in my hand without causing any cramping. the bristles are soft and my cats love to rub on it to scratch the side of their jaw.On this particular model, I feel the value is just not there. I cannot use the misting function as it scares the pants off my cats and as such, it is very overpriced, possibly due to the rechargeable battery in it.

This is a very nice brush. The handle is long and easy to hold and manage. The brush does a good job of brushing through pet hair, and the mist helps reduce static and fly-away hairs. Note it is a mist, not really steam, so if you want it to feel warm to your pet, fill the brush with warm water. Great to have on hand for pet lovers, and also makes a good gift!

My cats loved it… until I turned it on
As a brush alone this is a 10/10 for me. Ergonomic design makes it comfortable to hold and use on the cats, the brush itself is super comfortable for the cats (thank god they put rubber coating on the ends of the bristles. my cats hate the metal-tipped brushes). The push-button to remove cat hair is really ingenious and works like a charm.The downside is that once I tried to turn on the steamer function both my cats freaked out and ran. I think I need to brush them a bit more with the steam off before I try with it on again. The steam comes out gently but it does sometimes spurt if the water is too low or towards one side of the brush. Filling is super easy and they included an empty 30ml squeeze bottle for easy filling.USB-C Charging and charges quickly.

Great fo Older Cats
I got this to try on my senior cat who can no longer groom herself properly. She gets matted pretty easily and she does not like when I yank the mats out. The steam brush releases a cool mist that helps to loosen the matted hair and I donât have to pull so hard. The hair comes off the brush with the push of a button. This is a great product.

I was skeptical but it works very well!
I have three cats, two of which are long haired. One of them sheds a ton and is prone to matting and this steam brush has helped a lot. Because she needs daily brushing, it can be a chore, and the steam brush really helps reduce the amount of hair that goes airborne. The steam helps contain the fur that sheds out, and I had much better results with this than the traditional wire brushes. It charges fast and a charge lasts a while. The steam is cool and consistent and it doesnât drip. I really love it a lot.
