Great customer service
This product is great. It’s a good size for the sink and comes with suction cups or an adhesive hook.I generally prefer suction cups, but the sink in my place has this brushed nickel that defeats suction cups (no matter what I have tried). But the adhesive is great! Very strong, clear, completely unnoticeable, and does not build up any grime after months of use.The only issue is I had to move again suddenly. And the caddy only comes with one adhesive set.Well, I sent a simple email to Sunnypoint customer service asking where I could buy the adhesive. Before I knew it, backup adhesive was in the mail to me already. I never expected to need customer service with a sink caddy, but man do they deliver!

DO NOT BUY. ADHESIVE DOESN’T WORK
Do not waste your money. I purchased this same product back in 2022 and can confirm that they have switched the adhesive strip to a much cheaper one now. The one I had in 2022 lasted two years without coming loose at all. This new one lasted me a month. Also, aside from the adhesive, the plastic hooks do not even connect to the basket. Previously, the plastic hooks had a curved top, which snapped onto the basket. Holding it in place. Whereas on this new version of the adhesive, The hooks are U-shaped. So the basket simply rests on them. So every time you pull something out of the basket, the basket will lift up off the hooks with the object youâre grabbing. It does not stay put. That is because the plastic hooks on the adhesive are not curved and do not clip The basket in place. It took a lot of elbow grease to remove the old adhesive from my sink. It was much better quality. This new adhesive started coming loose on one side after literally 3 1/2 weeks. all of these five star reviews are from people that purchased the product years ago when it was actually worth it. Donât waste your money.

This is not a high-tech or expensive item, so I hesitate to be too critical, but this is just average. I like the fact that there is a hole for holding brushes, which was the main reason I selected it, and it also has a slot for holding a sponge snugly. The main critical point is the lack of suction and the quality of the suction cups, which I think could be improved with very little cost by perhaps making them stronger or larger. The suction cups will often slip when the sink gets soapy/wet, and sometimes one will detach altogether. The unit has lasted well, and we still use it because I have not found anything better, but with just a little improvement, this could be a really good item.

The basket needs 2 suction cups to be held up but we only received one in the package. Waited for quite a while for this package so quite disappointed that it didn’t arrive with all the items needed to set it up.

The item received was crooked and looked very cheap. I would not recommend as an architect or interior designer. I am sure there are better looking and better-functioning items than this.Whilst my order arrived very quickly, and returned the same day when I saw the poor quality of the item. I am still waiting 5+ weeks later for my refund to be processed.
