New hardwood floor protection
I purchased this mat after having new hardwood flooring installed in my craft space. I made an epoxy cup with red paint mixed into the epoxy and thought I had been super careful to keep everything on my table. But lo and behold, I noticed a tiny drop on my floor. Fortunately it wiped up without staining, but Iâm certain it pulled a layer of the sealant off my floor because you can see a tiny dull spot where the droplet fell. Of course since I put this mat down, I have not had any droplets hit the floor yet, so only time will tell how effective it is at keeping my floor protected. But seems like it will be durable enough.Itâs not really âstickyâ on the backside, but it does have little tiny âgrippersâ that keep the mat in place and from what I can tell it stayed put when my robot vacuum went over it yesterday so thatâs good.If anything changes, I will update my review.

It slides around a lot, but is overall a good product.
The only disadvantage is that there is nothing binding the top and bottom layer. If you do a lot of movement on it, it will slide around. It washes and dries very well.
