Convenient and cute!
I love that it comes in so many colors! The last dispenser I had was cheap plastic and broke within a few weeks. This one is cute, convenient, and sturdy. Would definitely buy again!

it works as intended and has the perk of being able to be rolled back up, working flawless so far and am very happy with it. i’ve been sent / given a million copies of the same bone shaped design that always gets bags stuck or hard to retract when you’ve rolled extra, this one wins. it’s the only dog bag holder i don’t regret purchasing. well worth the money. it is such a subtle & simple improvement on a product that dog owners rely on daily, i’m upset i didn’t come up with it.

Good quality
Doesnât seem like itâs super easy to break. I have it attached to the leash for convenience. I wish rubber connector was a little bit stiffer and harder to move. Fits slightly awkward with other brand bags, but works.

Good idea, not great execution
The color and durability of product is great. How it functions is irritating. It’s true, the cord will twist and the bags are near impossible to get without taking the whole thing off the lead. I swap to a clip and it refuses to spin and will unclip from the pressure of me trying to pull out a bag. I kind of regret getting this and can’t wait for it to break so I can shop for something new.

If I Could Return This, I Would
This is the dumbest design. I hate when I pull out too many bags and then they are hanging out, so I thought this was a great solution to have the top allow me to retwist the bags back in. No. The twisting works both ways. So when you go to pull out a bag, the top twists like crazy into a big knot and the when you let go it swings around to quickly untwist itself. It’s a nightmare to pull out a bag. It also fits a very specific size of dog poop rolls. Some of my rolls technically fit, but the inside cardboard tube in the middle is either too small or too big to get the twisting to work. Overall, terrible product. Get a normal one.

Love the retracting feature
Great design. Easy to load the poop bag roll and pull one out. The best part I like is when I do pull one out along with another, I can easy retract the extra bag so it doesn’t flop around.

The pup sometimes catches the bag sticking out and pulls it a ways out. This easily allows you to roll it back in the container without having to take the whole thing apart. We don’t use this brand of bags but ours work great with this dispenser. Would recommend.

The majority of this product is great (the poo bag dispenser itself and the bags it originally comes with). Where we had issues was with the flimsy elastic that is provided to attach the dispenser to a leash. It is comparable to a hair elastic and after just one use the outer fabric covering the elastic frayed leaving exposed elastic banding. We removed this and re-fastened the dispenser to our leash with a different elastic and so far it’s working for us. I just wish they would have provided something better to attach this to a leash in the first place!
