Fantastic!
This collar is so adjustable that it will fit my puppy shih tzu form now and forever. Well made, beautiful embroidery. Name and phone number are very pronounced and legible. Highly recommend.

2nd order. Heavy duty… great quality
I highly recommend this collar. This is my second order. Although I did measure… it ran a bit larger than I had anticipated. I decided to order a size down. The blue on is the smaller. It is thinner…. the metal ring that you attach the leash is plastic instead of metal. Still the same great quality. I just love how the thread reflects at night. My two dogs look so similar to each other. (Father and son) that having their names on the color makes it easy to know which one is which.It is very sturdy, great quality and the name/number is easy to see. The seller shipped it immediately. It did however take two weeks to receive it. Tracking was provided, once it cleared customs the tracking didn’t update. To give you an idea, after clearing customs it took eight days to be delivered. (California to Oklahoma). I am looking forward to no longer having the tags dangling. It would make a great Christmas gift.

Great quality seems very durable. It is also very lightweight while still feeling high quality. The custom stitching is done well. The reflective stitching also works well when light shines on it and on night vision cameras. Highly pleased!

Name and phone number not visible when collar was adjusted to fit my dogs neck
Name and telephone number both obscured by heavy pieces of black plastic required to buckle and adjust the collar to fit a 12 inch neck Size ordered said it would fit a 10-16 inch neck. Dog has a 12 inch neck so I thought the x-small might be too tight and ordered the small which supposedly fits 10-16 inch neck. The embroidery was not placed correctly on collar for the collar to be adjusted to a 12 inch neck and the print to be legible. The quality of the collar and the embroidery looks excellent. The seller apologized for the inconvenience and made things right. I give it four stars for quality and customer service and docked it one star because the embroidery needed better placement for my dog.

Bought one for each of my dogs. The colors were as depicted and the monogramming is large and legible. I have put them in the washer several times and they don’t fade and come out beautifully.

Suelo ir al monte con mi perro y tas probar varias chapas decidà comprar el collar porque todas terminaba perdiendolas.Este collar te da la tranquilidad de que si el perro se despista o se pierde, gracias a quien lo encuentre puede ver tú número en el y puede llamarte porque sigue manteniéndolo, las chapas pueden caerse y perderse con muchÃsima más facilidad.

El collar es bastante malucho. Ya habÃa tenido otros collares de este tipo con mucha mejor calidad. Este tiene unas costuras en la parte que da al cuello del perro que le causan unos picores a mi perra insoportables. Lo tendré que tirar y comprar otro de otra marca, porque OJO: NO ADMITE DEVOLUCIONES.
