I needed a collar that had breakaway, reflectiveness, and a robust hoop for the RFID cat door tag. These collars hit all the marks and also impressed me . My cat loves to adventure and hits the whole neighborhood , various tubes, decks, and others things to skiddle under!! And this collar breaks away easily without being a risk of easily coming off, keeping my piece of mind that my Fur Beast is kosher! The reflectiveness is great at night, and if you lose the collar just wait till dark and take a powerful LED light and shine it about… youll find it!Pros: cost vs collar! bell sound is pleasant, breakaway clasp is hardy, color is nice, VERY reflective!Cons: NONE!

Bells come off too easily
I love the collars. They reflect well and adjust easily. Look exactly as pictured and sizing is accurate. Good value but sad that the bells came off so easily. It doesn’t seem to do too well if you need to wash them. They start to fade.

LOVE this collar, and love the excellent customer service from this company.Tag is easy to read with my cat’s name and my phone number. Had the first one for well over a month and writing is still easy to read – hasn’t rubbed off like others are afraid it will.Breaks away easy enough if cat was caught on something, but not so easy that he takes it off himself like the 2 (from other companies) before this that are inexplicably lost forever.Collar is super easy to clean – necessary with an outdoor cat! I just take a wet cloth with a little laundry detergent on it and give it a quick wipe. Just a couple minutes’ work and it’s like new.The reflective part is HIGHLY reflective, and even though it’s starting to rub off a tiny bit (about the size of a pencil tip in just a couple spots), it still does it’s job perfectly.I personally didn’t like the bell, it’s just a little too big for a tiny kitten, so I switched it with one from a different collar.The tag was positioned in a way that I couldn’t adjust the collar small enough for a 4 month old kitten, but it was incredibly easy to take the tag off, adjust the collar, then put the tag back on in a better spot. However, I’m not worried about the tag falling off on its own.Collar came much faster than promised – nearly a month early. Personalization takes time, but I’m sure the un-personalized ones ship even faster.I had made a mistake on the first collar – MY MISTAKE, not theirs. When I came back here to just order a new one, they weren’t offering a personalized option anymore. Super bummer.So I sent the company a message through Amazon asking how to go about ordering another with the correct info on it. They replied right away, and sent me a new, correct collar at their expense. I offered, but they wouldn’t let me pay for my own mistake!Second order came quickly as well.I certainly won’t hesitate to order from them again, based on their customer service alone.The fact that the product is extremely well made and shows no sign of wear and tear – no loose threads, not even a speck of dirt – doesn’t hurt either!When I need another collar (even if they still don’t have name options), I’ll definitely be coming to these guys.

Die Halsbänder sehen sehr schön und hochwertig aus. Doch leider kamen die Katzen, nach nur einmal tragen, ohne Halsband wieder nach Hause. Sie waren wohl zu weit. Danach habe ich sie enger bestellt und nun halten sie gut. Die Halsbänder haben auch Reflektoren. Das beruhigt mich, da die Autofahrer die Katzen Nachts sehen.
