Perfect for my determined child.
We don’t really use the spoon. It worked fine, but my son wants to feed himself and would grab at the spoon instead of letting us feed him. Maybe if we had purchased this earlier it might have been more useful for us. When he grabs the spoon, he squeezes the puree out and makes a mess.He LOVES the self-feeder. There are two “nipple” pieces. One with more holes for easier feeding and one with cross slits for less of a mess. He has quickly learned to squeeze the bottom of the tube and suck down his favorite purees. We purchased this when he was about 8-9 months old and now he is 11 months. It isn’t mess free, especially when he holds it upside-down and squeezes it out onto his chest, but it allows him to feed himself and that is what counts. He hates to be spoon fed and has several food intolerances so this product works wonders for our family!

Amazing design! No leaks!
Amazing product! Wish the feeder pouch held more food but am not disappointed at this amazing product as it is vey easy and nice to use, exceeding my expectations! It is designed exceptionally, with a clip and a cap and two different nipples. Everything is easy to take apart and put back together, easy to clean, smartly thought out to give you measuring markers on the pouch. Best of all, absolutely no leaks! Leaking was a huge problem for me with other feeders where the nipple part met the pouch part but this one has a screw-cap which prevents the juices leaking out through the cap. I did not use the spoon yet but it looks just as good as the feeder. Iâm so happy!

Color of the silicon changes instantly
I love the idea of this baby spoon and how convenient it is. When I first started using it, I only put baby rice cereal in it and it worked perfectly. Cleaning it was also easy too. However, when I put the carrot puree (room temperature) in it, the color of the silicon changed from the very FIRST time! I was disappointed by this especially since I made sure to wash the spoon immediately after use. While the spoon still works fine and the quality seems decent (aside from the color change), it now looks worn out only after a few uses (or after a single use when I put carrot puree in it). I can use it at home, but I don’t think I’ll be using it when I’m out. I wanted to give it a 5-star review but the silicon changing color is a deal-breaker for me.

EVERYONE NEEDS IT
Being new to parenting is being told lots of things are must haves and then end up collecting into a pile of things you didnât really need.This is one of the few things on my list of genuine MUST HAVES.My baby gets really fussy with solid foods because it takes too long and always makes a huge mess. Usually takes about 30 minutes to eat 2oz give or take.She took down 4oz in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! And absolutely no mess! Usually she grabs at the spoon and gets the food everywhere but she couldnât grab this thing because of the size.Iâd be genuinely shocked if you donât love this product.
