This fills with water, which I did have a few issues getting all the air out so it was just water and was easier to move the items in the water. But we were able to get it going and it’s definitely a hit. The outer ring inflates for cushion – I would absolutely never let a baby use unattended!! It is fun and engaging to be able to move the objects inside and it is a cute design!

Great quality water mat! The vinyl is a great thickness. I fill it just shy of being full, which allows the shapes inside to move a bit more freely. Our baby seems captivated by it so far!
