Super!
I was about to repurchase this book because I couldnât find it on the bookshelf since it is paperback and thin because myself and my 8 and 6 year old boys think itâs hilarious! Cute illustrations, funny, rhyming descriptions of a wonky donkey. Good book to emphasize adjectives.

A delightful book!
I bought it in the cheapest type but would suggest that you upgrade to a soft back or whatever because the pages are a bit flimsy. It is a fun book to read to your children or grandchildren with itâs delightfulIllustrations.

A gift for coworker who loves Donkeys
This was a, âJust becauseâ gift for a coworker who is an animal rescuer that dreams of caring for her own Donkey some day. With the stressful environment we work in, I thought this might make her smile. She not only smiled, she laughed and cried. This small gesture made her day a bit more bearable. This was the perfect gift for a grown adult. Thank you!

Best book to read to your wee ones.
I love this book. I found it years ago when I lived in Scotland still. My mum found it and sent it to me to read to my kiddos. Youngest loves it best. Worth it. Look up the Scottish granny reading it to her grandson if you don’t believe me.

Size of hardcover version too big
Fun to read rhyming story. Wish I had paid attention to size of the hardcover version. Itâs almost a10â square, awkward to hold, awkward to turn the pages. It wonât fit well with the other childrenâs books I have. A smaller size would have been better.

As others have remarked this is a very funny, lovely story for little children. Mine is for a two & a half year old girl & a gift which is accompanying another gift for her brand new baby brother in Australia. Arrived in perfect condition, lovely quality, great illustrations & a good price.
