Unique and useful!
I had to laugh at a product described as a “portable hiking cat bowl” complete with carabiner for hooking onto your backpack. I know that some people really do hike with their cats, but this has got to be a pretty small demographic. I am not a hike-with-cat person. However, I do annually take my cat on vacation with me, and I have traveled across country with my cat. For those events, I have packed multiple food and water bowls. This struck me as a handy, compact, non-breakable alternative to what I’ve been doing. The bowls can be adjusted to three levels–flat, short, and tall–that work well for wet food, dry food, and water depending on how you want to use these two bowls that fold into a neat pack. They do not (thankfully) have a silicon smell and my cat was happy to eat out of them. I’ve included photos of the three levels the bowls can be adjusted to as well as a photo showing the size relative to a standard cat food can.

Great for small dog, not so much for cats
These are everything they claim, well made, compact and very convenient. For a long nosed small dog, these are perfect!I can’t however recommend them for cats, as they are too narrow and deep for comfortable use by my 13lb cats. They definitely didn’t like how much it rubbed on their whiskers, and they had issues getting the food out of the very bottom.

Great for travel with pets
I have been bringing this hiking with me to keep my dogs hydrated and it works great since they can both drink at the same time. It’s lightweight and small enough to throw in my backpack.
