RagDoll/Siamese kitty, Ashley, mastered and loves this game!
My RagDoll/Siamese kitty, Ashley is very active, playful and will entertain herself with almost anything (especially things she knows will get my attention!). I work 12 hour shifts, I needed to find some “good kitty” things that she would like and actually keep her entertained. This toy/game fascinated me because she is extremely smart/clever and shows a propensity for thoughtful interaction. To cut to the chase, this toy has been a wonderful addition to her assortment. I followed the advice in the directions and taught her with small steps – gradually increasing the level of difficulty needed to acquire the treat. After 2 weeks of daily practice, I was able to close all the compartments completely as she had mastered them all! I like that it has thumb screws on the sides which allow you to remove the 4 compartments by sliding them. This feature serves 2 purposes 1) easier cleaning and 2) enables you to change up the placement to increase or decrease the level of difficulty. A tip from me is: whatever treat you pick to use, use it only for this game- that will increase your cat’s desire to get it. Each compartment has a small hole on top so the aroma of the treat will not go unnoticed. The only thing I dislike is the one I got says “Dog Activity” on the top of the toy itself even though the picture on the box it came in has a picture of one saying “Cat Activity”. A minor annoyance for a game which otherwise has brought much enjoyment and another positive outlet for Ashley to entertain herself. CAUTION: Save your money if you do not have the patience, desire or time to actually work with your cat to train it. It is not hard to do, but it does require some thoughtful technique on your part. Follow the advice on the directions and you will be amazed at how intelligent/clever your fur baby is! ð±

Not for big cats
It’s fun to sit down with my cats and help them figure this out, but the design isn’t great. The little cups are hard for my bigger cat to get the treats out of, because his paws are too big and his big wide head won’t allow him to get his mouth close enough to the lower level to lick up the treat. I have to take it out and give it to him. My smaller (more average sized) cat can get the treats out, but he usually flicks them out with his paw and sometimes they get jammed under the edges along the “runners” where the little blocks slide. The slider that moves out by pushing the lever is very stiff and even I have trouble getting it to shoot all the way out so that both cups are revealed.All that aside, though, it’s a cute toy and my cats are slowly learning how to get at the treats. They just need some help to make it non-frustrating. It’s sturdy and so far neither cat has figured out that they can overturn it to shake the treats out. It’s also easy to clean.

Mostly good. Price is right
I’d have given this 5 stars except for two details. One, although the picture shows a nice blue feeder, what came is a rather ugly salmon and plum colored top. Some customer reviews show blue as well. There is no indication that “colors may vary” and quite frankly, I’m not sure I would have bothered had I known I was getting these colors. Second, the slider puzzle is a bit sticky. And since that is the hardest challenge for the cats to begin with, having that added challenge of having to really push it hard to get it past the one spot really takes that challenge away completely for the most part. If you put it past the part where it gets stuck, the food is pretty much accessible to start. But the other puzzles are very nice. Nothing too difficult. Not too frustrating, like I’ve seen with some of the ones with “fins” that are too close together for the cats to reach in and push the treats out. It seems sturdy enough to not move around when the cats are playing. (Partly because it is not one where the cats will be really swatting like those fin feeders.) So, if you like the colors, and get lucky that not parts get stuck, it is a pretty nice activity feeder at a price much lower than most.

Great design
Most interactive feeders are too simple for my cat, he gets all the treats in seconds. This one is designed sturdy, pretty, and gave him a challenge.The only thing about this that isn’t good for me is that the kibbles I have are very small, and they get stuck in the grooves that the compartments slide along. These are probably the smallest kibbles there are, so if yours are more average sized it shouldn’t be a problem.

The cats actually really like this and hunting for their treats. I’m pretty sure they will get bored with it soon since they mastered it so fast. One cat loves the pull out drawer.

Greatest cat toy ever!
If you have an intelligent cat who is bored with all of his or her current toys, this is a must. This toy requires the cat to think about multiple ways to get at the treats, but it is not too difficult that it causes frustration. It is made of heavy duty plastic that is easy to disassemble and hand wash. And no batteries required. It is as entertaining for the human onlookers as it is for the kitties.

I had fun setting it up for my cats and they enjoyed very much solving it. They got it fairly easily but there are different combinations that you can try and play around with and they seem very curious and intrigued while playing with it.If you’re babies are food-driven and curious this will be a hit for sure.I would definitely recommend it!

Rien à dire sur lâenvoi du jeu. Le produit correspond tout à fait au descriptif.Dans mon cas, câest pour un chat. Monsieur nâa pas mis longtemps pour jouer avec. Jâavais disposé au préalable quelques peites friandises qui ont été très vite mangées. Il nâa eu aucun mal à ouvrir les cases, ou à déplacer les éléments pour les atteindre. Dâailleurs maintenant, il réclame son jeu à chaque fois quâil estime ne pas voir été suffisamment récompensé dans la journée.Je recommande.
