Utilitarian and sturdy fanny pack
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! Bought it to use for the dog for our early morning walks, and I use it for everything else also!! Classroom teacher, no problem. Caravan mom, no problem. Solo shopper, no problem. 🙂 Sturdy, and practical. Pockets upon pockets!! Everyone who has seen me wear it asks about it. If youâre on the fence, donât be! It can be sleek if you only put a few things in it, or bulky if you add a lot (like me). Places for your phone, iPod, wallet, sunglasses, treats, water bottles, change, ID, etc. Iâve had it for 6 months now and use it everyday. Adjustable straps too, and large snap to hold it together. Additionally, comes with a hook for your keys inside one of the MANY pockets! The leash is also high quality and thick, with a handle and bungy-cord ability. I love it! Got it in black.

Almost exactly what I wanted
I really like this pack for walking my pups. Itâs helped free up my arms and is helping with training to not pull. The pockets are roomy and I like the safety features for my items: the key clip and inner zip pocket for my wallet. I use the sunglasses pouch to carry a small maglight flashlight. The water bottle pockets are going to be a lifesaver this summer.The only two things I do not love are that the D rings flip a lot on the strap. I like that they are free to move along the length of the strap because I wear this with the pouch at my back, but I wish the D rings were anchored somehow to not flip.The other is the length of the strap. I need just a few more inches. The strap is not sewn to hold the buckle pieces on the strap permanently, so it is pulling out over a few walks and I have to readjust it. Iâm afraid itâll just pull out and fall off on a good yank (that we are working on).Do you have an extension option for the strap? I canât find a suitable extension on Amazon that matches the buckle.

Well made fanny pack dog walker
So I ordered this right after we got our big Husky puppy (she was 1yo, 55lbs) as my wife thought she’d need it to help keep control of her while jogging with her. It turns out that the Husky is way easier to walk than our Jack Russell who finally at 7 years old is just learning how to properly keep pace with the person walking him.As an effect this hasn’t ended up getting a lot of use. However, it worked exactly as expected when it was used and it seems to be made well and with durability in mind. There was plenty of room in the pouches for her numerous jogging accessories (mace, flashlight, siren emitter, phone, keys) as well as the dog walking supplies (poo bags, treats). There is a lot of adjustibility in the belt portion so one size should fit just about all.

I have two large breed dogs (70 & 80 lbs) and this held up to our walks. Itâs strong and makes walking them easier. The pockets are great and it fits my waist well. Doesnât hold water bottles
This belt is great for holding items in the zipper pouch and dog leashes. But the water bottleCompartments do not hold onto the water bottles well. Mine kept falling out, thereâs no net to hold from the bottle. The only thing holding your water bottles is a strap with a plastic buckle, and when my dogs pulled on the leash, my water bottles werenât secure.

Great leash; fanny pack a bit large
The leash is of great quality and works great for my 70 lb. pulling Chow. It has a handle that helps me keep a good grip on the leash. The bungee part works really well. The fasteners are sturdy and strong.As stated in previous reviews, the fanny pack is definitely large enough for a hike or a day trip. It has plenty of room for treats, pooh bags, phone, human snacks and all kinds of other things. The top zippered compartment could hold credit cards, money, phone, etc., and that compartment has zippered compartment within it! This would be a great bag to take on a day trip or hike because it feels like it would be completely waterproof, but it is a little big for me to take on a dog walk around the neighborhood.The pictures advertising this fanny pack are showing the true size of this. It looks big on the people wearing it, and that is the true look to it. If you are wanting a large fanny pack, this is the one for you!It also comes with strong buckles on the fanny pack that you can attach the leash to and walk hands free. This could also be used going to an amusement park and you could attach your kids to it, it is that sturdy!

Here are her comments:I am in love with all of the pockets in this waist leash! The pockets all have zippers on them that move smoothly and have easily to grab zipper pulls. There are enough pockets to carry everything you could possibly need while out with your doggo. There is also a nice, interior zipper pocket inside the large pocket which is great for ID, cash, or a debit card. The pockets do seem to be water resistant in the rain. I still bag my cellphone when I head out as it is better to be safe than sorry.The bungie leash worked well while it lasted. Honestly though, I never expect bungies to last with our guy. In fact, this is the longest a bungie leash has lasted with this very active, 53lbs, 4-year-old Australian Cattle Dog. He snapped the bungie about two weeks in, so now it is simply a leash. It can still work as a seatbelt if we shorten it up.To ease the pressure and stress on the buckle of the leash belt, I use two carabiners, one attached to each D-ring on the belt, and then snap the handle of the leash I am using into it. This way, the belt strap, which makes a full circle around your waist, is able to distribute any weight from pulling on the leash.The straps on the leash do need to be checked and adjusted regularly. Like all leash belts, they will eventually work their way loose. I pulled the belt tight and then fed the loose ends back through the sliders to keep this one taunt. I like the ability to adjust it as I need it to fit around everything from a T-shirt to a winter coat — speaking of which, the zipper pulls will be really handy when I have to wear winter gloves this year!Recommended for the waist leash belt. Look at the bungie leash as just a bonus as it may or may not last for very long.In the event that experiences change or evolve, updates may be made to this review to address such developments.
