Light, packable, useful
It serves its purpose, packs away easily, stays together, and cleans easily. It’s also relatively light. The design is good and so is the mess kit. Both of my kids have them and I finally purchased this one for myself.

I have a 5 place setting set of plastic dinnerware w/ plates and bowls and cups and flatware. In short, it’s a task to get it out and a real pain to clean it. Truth be known, under normal circumstances, it’s just me and my Son. We went fishing the other day and I doctored up a Knorr side w/ chicken and veggies/seasoning that was pretty good. This is where the UCO was a life saver. Rather than hauling out my extensive plasticware, I dished it out in the UCO, we both enjoyed it, the attached spork worked well, and the clean up was a snap. I’m hooked. The non-skid bottom of the dish/plate came in handy as we had a small summer storm that soaked the table we used… no sliding. Durable, simple and handy, just the right size for a meal.

The cutting surface on the spork doesn’t work very well, but I didn’t expect it to. It’s a very good, light, simple kit that doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Perfect for camping
Initially had my doubts when my brother showed me this prior to & let me use this Mess Kit during our camping trip, I now own one myself. This thing is durable, dishwasher & microwaveable safe, more importantly this thing is cool! Overall compact, great bang for your buck, easy to clean & can be used as 1 or 2 “plates” if you will. Definitely planning on purchasing a few more of these for myself.Highly recommend for anyone who camps, whether novice or avid campers a like.You will not regret this purchase!(Side note, those looking for “AIR TIGHT” seal to that of a “vacuum sealed bag” this is not it. HOWEVER, the seal in itself is pretty good/solid. nothing spills or leaks out of mine, esp. if you take good care of it.)

this is the second one of these that i own. love em both. easy to clean, comes with a spork, and holds lots of different things. i make soup in this all the time. i love that it closes more secure with the elastic band too.

Perfect for scout camping
These are the epitome of Boy Scout camping mess Kits. Simple, durable, come in a variety of colors.The bungee is well made. Spork is well made. Theyâre pretty tough and can take a 12 year olds abuse.Only downside is that they donât come with a cup and we havenât found a cup collapsible enough to fit in it.Still, we buy them often.

Where do I start with this. I go camping a lot and need a product that can clean easy and is lightweight. This eating bowl/container has solved that problem for me! I can eat all my meals easily with the spoon. Best part is that it cleans easy and so easy to pack. If you need a bowl that can travel with you everywhere that this is perfect for you!
