I ordered a new tag for my dog since getting my number changed and when I received my tag the phone number was wrong on the tag (wrong on my part). I was able to contact the seller about it and they are sending me a new corrected tag and rushing it to me. They were super quick to respond as well. For the tag itself it is great quality. This is not the first time I have ordered one of these tags and they hold up so well so my wild dogs. I will be ordering again from this company!
