It came in a nice case. There is a tough learning curve to get the batteries in and at one point was ready to send it back as defective. After many tries and frustration that such a simple thing was so difficult I finally got the batteries in the proper place and the cap on. It made quick easy work of all four dogs nails.Instructions could be clearer. Shipping time was abysmal.

Dog nail trimmer
I needed a dog nail trimmer to replace my old worn out one. I actually chose this one because I have a hair trimmer from the same company that has lasted may years. These trimmers take the guess work out how close to trim their nails and it makes them comfortable knowing I won’t trim to close. They’re also not noisy as to scare them too.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING
This product is not good. I tried it as my long time Dremel tool died (I have had many dogs and used it for years). Out of the box, this malfunctioned and actually hurt myPuppies paw (beagle puppy with puppy nails) I wouldnât dare try this on my 5 year old Setter. I have owned multiple dogs (my dad trains Setters and pointers). I have used a few grinders. This one is by far the absolute worst.
