Please read the full review!Beautiful looking cups, very modern, and the material is unique. There is just one thing that could be a deal break for some.Having a little kid and expecting a baby, I was looking for plates and cups that would be durable AND not plastic. I love what the company stands for as well, so I went for it and made a purchase.We got our order and my 6y.o dropped one of the cups on the hard floor the first time of use and the cup cracked. It was very disappointing because we all were very excited to try these cups out. This shows the material is not very durable. HOWEVER, if durability is not number one factor for you to buy these, I would definitely recommend to add them to your collection. They are unique, smooth, and absolutely beautiful. Perfect size for kids as well. I would just suggest to be a little more careful while using them.Besides the product, the companyâs customer service is exceptional. I would give 5 stars just for that. They have contacted me to resolve the issue very quickly and in a professional manner. I can tell they care about their product and the service they provide. On that note alone, I would support the company in a heartbeat.Overall, I do recommend the cups. I purchased them with the same color plates and spoons.

Excellent Customer Service
We must have gotten a bad batch because one of our cups was thrown by my 1yo and it shattered on the ground. The customer service team informed me this should not have happened, however, and was quick to replace them, no questions asked. Overall the cups, plates, and bowls we ordered have been durable and both my 1yo and 2yo love them!

The same cup keeps cracking-But weesprout made it right!
Bought these cups and noticed that the white cup had a crack in it. Sent them back and got new ones. The same cup is cracked again. I donât know if Iâll send them back again. But so far, these cups donât impress me. I do like the small size. Itâs perfect for a toddler. The material and color is nice. I thought they would be extremely sturdy, so I am a bit disappointed-Edit – Wee sprout reached out to me and not only wrote me a beautiful apology card, but they replaced the cups and sent me a complimentary gift as well! Thank you so much Weesprout. The customer service and attention to detail alone earn this company 5 stars in my book. I Will definitely continue to support this business.

Crack very easily
These cups are the perfect size & so cute, but if you have a toddler who is still learning how to use a cup & drops them frequently, donât buy these. Iâve had 2 crack already on the first drop ð

Not durable and poor quality
I was very disappointed in the quality of these cups. My first purchase arrived cracked. I returned them for another set. After just once use two cups were broken. I dropped one cup taking it out of the dishwasher and my son dropped the other. They both cracked and are unusable. These are made for kids so I’m really disappointed that they didn’t even last one day. I will be returning and purchasing cups made from a different material. I love that these are environmentally-friendly but they aren’t worth it if I need to throw them away and they don’t last.

Not for beginners
So the quality seemed nice, texture and color was good. Didnât realize it was not microwave safe. Was happy I could at least put on the top rack of dishwasher. However, my daughter is still learning not to knock her plates and cups off the high chair. On the first drop, it broke into seven pieces with a bit of dust. I wouldnât say it shattered, but it will not hold up to toddlers. Maybe Iâll just hold onto them for later, sticking to other suction cup plates and bowls for now.

Kid friendly, clean, safe!
What are these cups recently and we love them so much! Weâre trying to get away from using plastic with our two toddlers and this was a first step for us. The cups are sturdy, cute, and stack nicely in the cabinet. The only downside, I would say, is if you try to stack them when theyâre still a little wet from the dishwasher, they can get stuck! Iâd still recommend them, for sure.
