Nice but could have been better..
I recently ordered these wooden blocks. The package includes a wooden base plate, 150 blocks, a building guide, and a drawstring bag. The description says 300 blocks whereas the package includes 150 blocks. These blocks come in different sizes. These wooden building blocks fit together, but not all. Sometimes they are not easy to take out or put in. The blue pegs on the same sometimes pull out while disassembling the blocks, so children under 5 need adult supervision while they play with them. These are open-ended blocks so there is a lot of building possibilities with it.

Kid loves it
I bought this for my 5 year old, itâs light weighted, no odor, and easy to play with. It could be more precise, we are seeing spaces between the blocks, but he seems doesnât mind and it works great for him to create wooden pictures on the board.

Misaligned pieces
This product could use some work. The blue pegs that are meant to put the pieces together are not even and it makes it incredibly difficult to attach any of the pieces together or to the board. Nothing is square so there’s a lot of places you can’t even put a block. We also had an issue with the pegs coming out of the blocks completely when trying to pull them apart. It does come with a lot of pieces in varying sizes which is very nice.

We all enjoyed playing with these.
These blocks went over very well in our house. Our grandson started stacking them knocking them down then stacking them again. We tried to build stuff with him but he seemed to like knocking them down as much as possible. Nothing wrong with that. I can tell you the blocks are sturdy and will stand up to punishment!Sometimes they don’t want to come apart but that’s no different than LEGOs. Some are really tight fitting and some just barely “sit” together. Nothing unusual when it comes to construction blocks.We (the parents) really liked the bag it came with. Any toy that has its own good storage solution is a win in our book. When we were done we put everything in the drawstring bag until next time. Cleaned up and ready for something new.I’m a little suspect of the quality of the blocks and the fit with the blue pegs but overall I’d say this is a good toy to have in your household.

Not Cheap. But Wonderful Kit
$49.99 is a bit steep for me, but if you can get past the price I think you’ll be thrilled (I think $39.99 would be a better price point). Bottom line, a very cool set.But the advertised age is WAY off. No way this is suitable for a 1-year old. 3 would be the absolute minimum 94 is best, I would think).We love it; I think you might, too.5 stars.

The pieces are all smoothly sanded down and there are no raggedy pieces at all so from a safety standpoint, I was happy. However, we found that the tolerances are quite irritating with some pieces not fitting properly. Maybe a dud in the set that I got… but it really makes it hard to recommend.
