Custom building blocks!
My 3 year old wanted simple building blocks. Weâve been having fun coloring them with Sharpies. Once theyâve dried, weâve had no problem with the ink âbleedingâ or smudging, though I plan to eventually seal them, just to be safe. Very sturdy, larger than expected, well worth the purchase!

As someone who understands how wood is natural and can’t always be perfect, these were completely satisfactory! I had maybe one block with one side that was pretty rough, which is understandable as it is wood. We are using them for a baby shower activity– decorating a lettered block with corresponding letter pictures! So 27 was the perfect amount, 26 letters and one practice block. The sharpies (fine point and normal) do not bleed and show very well the colors. The one thick one I tested bled a bit due to lots of ink discharging at once as thick markers do. Craft paint also is great on it. A bit on the expensive side, but obviously not awful cuz I bought them, lol.
